In the last twenty years, Stéphane has advised several public and private aerospace companies, either as counsel or senior executive, through complex contract negotiations and the structuring of cross border investments and other strategic ventures. He is familiar with civil and common law contracts in the aerospace industry and is often called upon to review, draft and negotiate strategic contracts in French and English. Stéphane also has good command of spoken Spanish. He is a dual Canadian and French citizen and based in London.
As an international business attorney with significant experience in the aerospace, defense and industrial sectors, Stéphane has worked with aircraft and engine manufacturers, systems and sub-systems assemblers, parts manufacturers as well as airlines, prime contractors, governments, maintenance organizations and other industry service providers in the context of major aerospace, military/defense and industrial programs. He has also successfully negotiated and managed various international ventures, foreign direct investments and complex supply chain contracts as well as international commercial arbitration.
